About the role:
Join Webkul as a Quality Analyst and play a key role in ensuring the excellence of our software solutions. You’ll be the champion of quality, working across various product types to uncover issues, ensure smooth user experience, and contribute to building next-generation features.
What you’ll do:
- Work across the full software testing lifecycle, applying best-practice testing methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, writing clear, concise reports and communicating findings effectively in English.
- Execute thorough tests on web, mobile and native applications—covering functional checks, user flows, regression, smoke tests and defect tracking.
- Work with technologies such as JavaScript, ReactJS (preferred), and help lay the groundwork for automation testing.
- Design test plans, create test cases and scripts. Dive deep into both manual and basic automation testing.
- Get experience in real-world testing areas: e-commerce platforms, website behaviour, APIs, mobile solutions.
Desired profile:
- Degree in B.Tech (CS/IT) or MCA.
- A strong interest in software quality with a hands-on testing mindset and excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable with at least one programming language (JavaScript preferred).
- Prior exposure (academic or project-based) to ReactJS, web/mobile testing, API testing is a plus.
- Understand testing terminologies and methods: smoke, regression, defect tracking. Bonus points for automation-testing exposure.
