What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve both front-end and back-end system issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts and operations teams to ensure timely ticket resolution.
  • Maintain and enhance UI components using HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Write and debug Python scripts to automate and optimise support workflows.
  • Participate in system testing, validation and minor feature enhancements.
  • Document resolutions, troubleshooting steps and known issues in a knowledge base.
  • Assist in integrating external systems and APIs, and build a functional understanding of the core product and workflows.

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical experience (or strong willingness to learn) with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Proficiency (or eagerness) with Python scripting and automation.
  • Ability to debug and troubleshoot web-based applications.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, integration support and basic backend/database concepts.
  • Clear communication, documentation skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
  • A collaborative approach, keen to work across functions and grow into a subject-matter expert over time.
