What You Will Do: Recruit CRM Off Campus Drive 2025
As a Customer Success Trainee, you will:
- Learn the complete Recruit CRM platform and understand real-world recruitment workflows
- Assist customers through chat, email and video calls
- Troubleshoot product issues and guide users with clear explanations
- Communicate customer feedback to internal teams like Product & Engineering
- Build strong relationships with international clients
- Ensure every user gets a smooth, problem-free experience
This role is all about communication, empathy and solving customer challenges — perfect for freshers with strong people skills.

During Training (6 Months)
- Stipend: ₹20,000 per month
