Role Overview
We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst to join our global data team. In this role, you will help collect, validate, and analyze financial and non-financial data. Your work will support the integrity of our datasets and contribute directly to high-stakes analytics used by institutional clients. You’ll also work on process improvements and may contribute to automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, standardize, and validate data from multiple sources (financial reports, public filings, market data).
- Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency of data.
- Work closely with data operations teams to streamline data collection and validation processes.
- Suggest and implement improvements to data workflows, possibly using automation or scripting.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (analytics, product, engineering) to meet data deliverables.
- Document data processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Basic familiarity with data tools or scripting (Excel, SQL, Python is a plus).
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data.
- Good communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
