Role Overview
As a Data QA Associate / Data Operations Analyst, you will:
- Handle large volumes of data — tagging, cleaning, and verifying accuracy.
- Map data into structured categories using a mix of manual labeling and intelligent tooling.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product, operations, and data teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain high accuracy, using strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Communicate issues, suggest improvements, and contribute to scalable data-handling processes.
- Participate in onboarding and continuous learning, especially on data tools and practices.
What We Are Looking For
- Educational background: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–2 years (or relevant internships/projects) — this is ideal for freshers.
- Technical skills: Basic Python, SQL, or data tooling experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem-solving ability + a high degree of accuracy in data-related tasks.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication, ability to coordinate with remote teams across geographies.
- Adaptability: Excited by fast-paced environments and eager to learn new data-centric processes.
